With a deep love for photography and crafting; I not only capture magical moments, but also design and create custom headdresses, costumes, accessories , and sets to enhance every photoshoot.
I blend reality with artistry through detailed composites, immersive storytelling, and imaginative concepts that transport you to another world. Whether you dream of being a mystical queen, a fierce warrior, or a character from a fairytale, I’m here to make that vision a reality.

How Does it Work?
1. Decide what type of experience you want.
(If you're not exactly sure..no worries that's what #2 is for.)
For a Fantasy Experience: Choosing between a monthly premade mini session and a more bespoke fantasy experience simply depends on how much direction and customization you want. Monthly minis are thoughtfully pre-designed with a set theme, background, and wardrobe, making them an easy and approachable place to start—especially if you’re not sure what style you want yet or just want to step into the magic without making lots of decisions. A bespoke session, on the other hand, is ideal if you have a specific vision, character, or story in mind and want a fully custom experience built around you. Both options offer the same care, artistry, and guidance; the difference is whether you’d like to follow a beautifully prepared path or create something new.
Traditional or Classic Experience: Not every portrait needs overt magic to feel special. You can choose a classic or traditional portrait that focuses on timeless beauty and genuine expression, or family interaction—perfect for those who want something refined, subtle, and enduring. But for those who’d like just a hint of enchantment, small touches of whimsy can be woven in through styling, props, and editing keeping the image grounded while adding a little extra personality. Whether purely classic or gently imaginative, your portrait remains beautifully crafted and uniquely yours.
2. Discovery Call
Here is where we will talk about your ideas, expectations, and goals. I will answer your questions, discuss theme, wardrobe, location, and any other details needed to ensure you have the best experience. After our call I will get to you your prep guide and any other info such as a moodboard link ( for Bespoke Sessions), and your booking link to schedule your experience.
3. Wardrobe
If needed wardrobe, props, accessories are selected and if required a fitting in studio. If you are getting a custom Bespoke Experience several fittings may be required if items are getting made especially for you. The Fantasy Closet at The Jeweled Fern has many pre-made pieces in various sizes, styles and themes, along with props, and accessories to fit many styles and tastes. Have your own wardrobe? Great, we can add additional complimentary items to any style.
4. Days Before the Experience
You will have received your prep guide that helped you plan and get ready for your magical day. Tips and instructions on how to pamper yourself and prepare for your session.
5. Day of Experience
Today is all about you! RELAX. No pressure no worries. Let's have fun, capture lasting memories, and create magic. Whether on location or in the studio; music, refreshments, and many other accommodations are made to ensure you have a wonderful experience.
6. Aftershow
Leave with a magical feeling that you created something wonderful; for yourself. You get a swag bag to remember your day as well. You will have your own personal viewing and ordering gallery app! to view your images when they are complete in post processing.
